A family recipe in Taiwan
The recipe began in a rural Taiwanese household and became a market-stall specialty shared with the local community.
Three generations, one Taiwanese recipe and a commitment to make every step visible.

Born in rural Taiwan in 1953, Ms. Chen Nan learned the sausage recipe her mother made for the family. What started at a market stall became a recipe carried through the family. When the next generation moved to Korea, they began making Xiang Chang to share the food they remembered. MCH Food now continues that story in its third generation.
The company has expanded from Taiwanese sausage into salt-pepper chicken and other night-market inspired foods, supplying restaurants and meeting buyers through retail and pop-up channels.
The recipe began in a rural Taiwanese household and became a market-stall specialty shared with the local community.
The recipe was repeated, refined and taught through hands-on production rather than written formulas alone.
The family brought the recipe to Korea, building MCH Food and introducing Xiang Chang to restaurants and consumers.
Product, process and export information are now structured so buyers can evaluate MCH Food with clarity.
Process values are based on current company materials and must be reconfirmed for each commercial specification.
